It is through meditation that the ego can be most easily bypassed. Meditating regularly ensures that the Seeker of knowledge remains connected with their true self, their spirit. By going within you gradually free yourself from the addictive illusion of the physical world. Being in the world but not of it is the aim of every Seeker of knowledge, this is what we mean by walking both worlds, the physical and the non-physical worlds. It is through their contact with the non-physical world and its teachers that the Seeker can affect the physical reality in which they live.

Each Seeker of knowledge who dedicates themselves to the path of Spirit and to the expansion of consciousness acts as a conduit for the energies of the higher realms, they are a bridge between the two worlds. Once you have connected with your spiritual essence, the energies from your core self literally pour through you into the physical world and affect it like a great river sweeping everything in its passage, cleansing and re-shaping. If you trust the process enough to open yourself up completely, without judging the effects of this energy around you, you will find that your life changes beyond recognition and becomes in tune with the purpose of your spirit, your spirit's plan.

The ego fights the spirit's plan as it disempowers it. This battle will be on-going for as long as the Seeker exists in the physical world. At death the ego dies but your true self lives on. The ego has a very short life span and therefore it is focused on empowering itself and it will fight spiritual awakening every step of the way as the ego knows that spiritual awakening signifies its own demise. The ego, the false self, is a trickster. It is able to convince most that they are no more than an image, for this is what the ego is, an image. By keeping people's attention focused on the outward image that they have of themselves, the ego prevents them from focusing within, where the true self resides. Once the person has realised this, the power of the ego begins to wane.

Instead, mankind has become its destroyer, through exploitation, greed, lack of respect and sheer ignorance. This short-sightedness will be the cause of mankind's lack of resources. Without mankind the earth will recover. Without resources from the earth there is no future for mankind.

How can man be blind enough to believe that he has dominion over the earth? How can he be so blind to reality? The reality that he is utterly dependent on the earth. By destroying the earth he destroys himself.

This concept needs to be understood, humanity needs to wake up. Every human being needs to take responsibility for his or her actions and choices and how they affect the environment. It's not good enough leaving that responsibility to your governments, there is too much greed in politics. Do not waste your time putting your trust in politicians. Change needs to take place at the level of the individual. Change starts with you.

This does not mean it creates a status quo, far from it, the balanced friction is a catalyst for growth and life. Balance is not apathy as some might think, balance is the foundation for harmony. Harmony is the essence of creation.

Strive to create that balance within yourself. Become a doorway, a channel for higher entities, for energies of the light to come through you. By embodying those energies of the light within yourself, energies which are an aspect of who you are on another level, the light can penetrate into the darkest dimension in the universe, your physical dimension.

Trauma will contribute to shattering that love. The Seeker of knowledge must realise the key to their spiritual growth is to keep that flame of love burning no matter what happens to them in the physical realm. If you are able to do this, if you can keep your love alive no matter how dark your circumstances might be, then you are truly a Child of Light and you will always be more powerful than the Shadow.

Keep that flame burning in the darkness and not only will you help yourself, you will help others. Your strength and your commitment to the Light not only will speed up your growth, it will also have an effect on all those that you touch, all those you come into contact with. You will touch their lives and bring light into their suffering, to their darkness, to their blindness. They may not be aware of it but your influence will be felt and the flame inside of them will be re-awakened.

The great human mind is multi-faceted. The lessons that it has learnt in the physical realm of planet earth are invaluable. Free will has allowed it to consciously make choices between destruction and creation. Ultimately neither choice is right or wrong, existence is based on a never ending cycle of birth and death, creation and destruction.

The human consciousness or mind itself can never be destroyed, only its physical reflection perishes, the physical body, the only thing which seems to die. When I say "seems" it is because although you see the life force leaving it and the body decomposing, this decomposition process itself carries energy. That energy cannot be destroyed, it merely becomes part of the overall pool of energy on earth.

Death as humans experience it is an illusion of the mind. It is a transition from one form of existence into another. The experience of death is a tool with which the human consciousness is learning on earth.

In the non-physical realms death does not exist therefore some lessons cannot be learnt. The concept of mortality and fear of it only exist on planet earth, in your physical realm. These concepts allow humans to elevate themselves from the purely materialistic realm of mind which characterises most of human society.

It takes a lot of energy on our side of life to awaken the Seeker of knowledge. Once she or he is awaken, once she or he has realised there is more to reality than the physical world and the physical senses, our task becomes a little easier. Once communication has been established between us it is merely a question of patience and discipline on both parts, allowing things to take place naturally. Growth cannot be rushed or forced upon, every individual is different therefore our methods of teaching are “tailor made”, so to speak.

We have been requested to help you, the reader, whoever you are. The Allies, your soul group family, are calling you, trying to draw your attention. Whether you respond to that call or not is your choice but be aware that once you have taken that step forward into the Unknown, your life will change forever. You will not be the same person as you are now, your eyes will have been opened. It is very much a leap of faith.

Do you choose to remain comfortable in the world that you know? Or do you choose to open that door to the other realms and expand your consciousness? The choice is yours my friend. We are waiting. If you do not take this leap of faith in this lifetime the same choice will present itself to you in the next. We wait.

You have nothing to fear. Fear is an illusion. How can you be afraid of something that you do not know, something that you have not experienced yet? Trust is the key. Trust in yourself to do what is the right thing for you at this point in time. Whatever your choice is, your Allies will give you all the help that you need. You can choose to ignore them, pretend that they are not there. Or you can choose to acknowledge them, get to know them, learn how to communicate with them.

There are many ways to forge this bond, the one we recommend the most is meditation on a daily basis or, if that's not possible, meditation at least 3 times a week for half an hour or more, depending on the suitability of the time and place and the Seeker's life style. Daily meditation practice has many benefits, putting the body, mind and spirit in balance with each other to enable the Seeker to expand his or her consciousness.

By focusing within, the Seeker learns to walk the other worlds. His/her attachment to the physical world lessens. By being less focused on the materialistic, the Seeker gradually frees himself or herself from its hold. However, this daily meditation practice is not, I repeat it is NOT a form of escapism and should not be used for that purpose. The Seeker of knowledge is part of the world and needs to walk the world of the living and the world of the dead like the shamans of old. Only by walking both worlds comfortably can the Seeker become a bridge between the two realms.

We cannot emphasize enough the need to call for help. Prayer is important, but not the kind of prayer that you have been taught in Sunday school. Prayer is the art of visualising what you need as if you already had it, as if your wish had already been granted. It is the art of bringing about that feeling of gratitude in your heart, and it is this emotion and image that you send out to the universe through your prayer, through your fervour, your emotional exaltation. Here is the secret to manifesting your life, and all you need or desire: you need to place yourself in that space where your desire has already been granted and you feel the gratitude and the joy of that accomplishment, and then you let go, you do not spend time worrying whether the magic has worked, you just let go of it. Allow the universe to work for you.

When you need a teacher to appear in your life, send that call, be grateful and be assured that your call has been heard and answered, and then wait. You will be guided to the right place at the right time, to the teacher that you need at this point in time. The teachers on the inner planes will guide you through your intuition and your dreams. You will become aware of synchronicities taking place in your life more and more, you will become more sensitive to the subtle messages from the spirit world, to the suggestions dropped into your head. You will become more aware of the telepathic connection and of your guides on the other side of life. They are there to help you so call on them, pray to them, try and imagine what they are like.

One can call on this gestalt entity for guidance and for clarity of vision. It is OK to tune, or at least attempt to tune into, the energies and the mind of the gestalt. It is not an easy task but it is possible. And certainly, calling for its help will always trigger a response. Call on the brotherhood of light. The brotherhood is a term which encompasses masculine and feminine energies. This is a genderless group of entities. You need to understand that genders, the male and female, are only separate in the physical dimension. In the astral and higher realms the male and female are combined like two sides of the same coin.

Because everything in the universe has a polarity, the counterpart of the brotherhood of light is the brotherhood of the shadow. Their task is to oppose the work of the brotherhood of light. Where there is light there is darkness. This creates friction. It is from this friction that a spark of life is born so you need to understand that the shadow has its purpose. The shadow is a creation of All That Is, therefore the shadow is a reflection of All That Is. It needs not be feared but it needs to be understood and it must not be underestimated. It is a great force, just like the light, neither is more powerful than the other, neither can destroy the other. As long as one exists, the other will also. This is the yin yang.

The brotherhood of light assists every human being who strives to serve spirit, the greater good of all. As that human being evolves and learns to tune into them, he or she will become more and more surrounded by the energies of the brotherhood of light. This is a process which takes place not only in the mind but in the heart. The higher planes cannot be accessed without an open heart. The connection must be an emotional one as well as a mental one or a psychic one.

You need to send love, this is the emotion through which we will connect with each other. It is through your love that we can reach you and that you can reach us. It is through love that we become one, one entity.

This dimension holds the soul captive, it is addictive, illusory. Only by realising that this reality is not real, that it is a fantasy of the mind, can the soul free itself from its bondage. The mind's powers of creation are infinite. The mind is intangible, non-physical, this is the only thing which is real. Consciousness exists, the rest is a dream.

You may ask: "If it is a dream then why can't I dream what I desire?". Well, this is the challenge that the Seeker needs to overcome, you need to learn how to manipulate this reality through your powers of intent and visualisation, and also through your ability to let go once you have sent your intent into the universe. It is the worry of things not happening the way we want them to be that prevents them from manifesting into our lives or that creates distortion.

A clear vision of what we desire is the first step (be careful what you wish for!); the formulation of this desire is the second. Words have power, use them wisely. Ritual, the physical request for the vision to take place, is the third step. The fourth step is gratitude: feel grateful as if your desire had already manifested; and finally let go, allowing the universe to work its magic.

It is not easy to recognise the spirit’s plan. It has to be felt. When faced with certain choices the Seeker needs to stop and feel the way forward. It is not something which can be done with the intellect alone, it is from the heart that you connect with your spiritual selves, therefore you need to listen to the heart. You need to listen to your intuition. Sometimes fears and worries can hinder the intuition and it is difficult to be still enough, quiet enough to listen to it. The Seeker needs to learn discipline and create a still space within where they can go any time they need to, to step away from the hustle and bustle of every day life in order to reconnect with their spiritual self. This is extremely important. In order to walk your spirit's path you cannot be always focused on the materialistic, on the outside world. In order to walk your spirit's path you need to be focused within.

And of course this is where the guides' role comes into play. The inner teachers are there to help you, to guide you, to nudge you along the way. Do call on their assistance. If you do not call us, if you do not ask for our help there is only so much we can do for you. Remember you have free will, we cannot interfere on your behalf and in your favour unless you ask. Without your request for help we have to sit on the sidelines and we have to watch you make mistakes and sometimes they are major ones! When a little call for help would have avoided traumatic circumstances. Do not be too proud to ask for help when it is needed. Of course we will not "baby-sit" you, we will not do it for you, but it is perfectly acceptable to call for help when one is faced with choices and one is unable to feel which way is the best way forward.

The guides usually make themselves known little by little. Some Seekers are more sensitive or clairvoyant and for them the contact is much quicker. "Ask and you will receive" this is very true. If you do not ask for our help we cannot give it to the full. Do not be embarrassed to ask for financial help, ask us for what you need and then let go, do not worry about it, leave it with us. It may take us a little while in your terms to get things moving but you will get results. Maybe not in the form that you are expecting however. The Seeker of knowledge always receives what he or she needs but not necessarily what he or she desires. We are here to guide you, we are your eyes. We see the possible futures, we see the bigger picture, we can help you see that bigger picture also.

There is something called a "group soul", it's like a family but at soul level. These souls have been together for aeons, they have incarnated together in different roles. They have acquired karma along the way. These karmic ties need to be unravelled before the group soul can move on back to Source. In every incarnation these souls will find themselves together in various situations, playing various characters.

Karmic themes, so to speak, will recur until they've been resolved, until all the loose ends have been tied up. It is our task to help you resolve these ties because it affects us just as much as it affects you. We are all ready to move on to the next level in our group's evolution and you, on the physical plane, are helping the group soul with its karmic themes. Your spirit agreed to incarnate at this time and we have agreed to help you with your task on earth.

Every human being on earth spends his or her lifetime looking for their missing half, searching for their half in others but never truly finding it because it has remained on the astral level. That other half, the non physical one, waits patiently until the incarnated soul awakens to the truth and begins to look for the way back home, the way back to the whole.

The ancestors were waiting for me as I got to the great clearing in the forest. In the distance I could hear the drums, I could hear the laughter.

It was a day of celebration, a day of home coming, my home coming. The river took me back home. And I realised I had passed from one world into another. I'd left behind the illusion, the strife, like an old coat.

As I followed the river back home, my heart soared like an eagle and I sang. I sang my joy of being, I sang my liberation, my Spirit Song.

When every human being recognises the male and female within, then humankind will have taken one huge step forward.

Without an open heart there can be no growth. Without an open heart there can be no love, forgiveness, compassion.

It is through the heart that you can connect with the ancestors, with those who have passed on, those who are guiding you.

We are just as real as you, even though most of you may not be able to see, or sense us, we are here. Death is the doorway between your world and ours. Existence doesn't stop at death, existence transmutes. You are energy, energy cannot be destroyed, energy merely changes form or vibrational frequency.

Humankind stands in a unique position on the ladder of spiritual evolution, much higher than some might think. All it takes for humankind to fulfil its divine purpose is one little step forward. One little step forward but a huge leap of faith.

The birthing of a new type of human is soon to take place and it is being watched. This is a momentous event in the history of this planet. Birthing of a new consciousness is something very rare.

At the core of every human being there is a light, the reflection of the Great Source of All, an inner fire bursting to grow and expand beyond matter.

The material world is the soil in which the seeds of Spirit are nurtured, where they struggle to break free. But these shoots are so much stronger than other souls that have not experienced this birth from matter into the Light.

The seeds of life grown on earth, matured on earth, will go on to cultivate other worlds, propagating their gene across the universe.

The human body is ultimately the temple of God, a vehicle, the perfect vehicle for Spirit to experience the world of matter.

Reach for that inner light, nurture it, allow it to grow and to become who you are. Allow it to shine for all to see, do not be afraid of showing your light, of being different, of standing apart from the rest.

A beacon in the darkness.

Like the mighty oak tree I stretch my branches high into the sky, into the universe, towards our star brothers and sisters, connecting finger to finger.

I am the Tree of Life, connecting Heaven and Earth.

I am the Temple of the Great Source of All.

I am ancient yet newly reborn, eternal.

I see the beauty in everything. A snowflake, a new born fawn, a wounded bird, the wars of men.

There is beauty in everything. All is a reflection of the Great Source of All.

Do not be shocked.

How can man and woman transform into their angelic nature without having known suffering, without having known compassion ? Without the experience of suffering humankind will never grow its wings.

Increase of frequency could be described as the upward motion. The slower the frequency the denser the energy, this is the downward motion.

Think of the spiral. The mere act of spiralling around, of spinning around, opens the energy centres, allowing you to receive, to tune into, the higher frequencies, therefore increasing your own. The spiralling motion, whether it is physical or in your head, allows you to lift yourself from density, taking flight.

The white stag has also come to me many times in my dreams and meditations, it's as if he's been trying to tell me something. I've been listening and waiting.
