Love plays an important part, love is the essential ingredient to spiritual growth. Without love, there can be no spirit growth. It is the energy that Spirit feeds on so to speak. When the incarnated personality, for whatever reason, closes his or her heart to love, gradually the spirit will leave and illness will take root. Spirit cannot be anchored in a vehicle that is not able to experience love or who is rejecting it. Love is something that needs nurturing like a plant, like a precious plant.

Trauma will contribute to shattering that love. The Seeker of knowledge must realise the key to their spiritual growth is to keep that flame of love burning no matter what happens to them in the physical realm. If you are able to do this, if you can keep your love alive no matter how dark your circumstances might be, then you are truly a Child of Light and you will always be more powerful than the Shadow.

Keep that flame burning in the darkness and not only will you help yourself, you will help others. Your strength and your commitment to the Light not only will speed up your growth, it will also have an effect on all those that you touch, all those you come into contact with. You will touch their lives and bring light into their suffering, to their darkness, to their blindness. They may not be aware of it but your influence will be felt and the flame inside of them will be re-awakened.

Pass on that flame, Child of Light, pass on that love. Never hold back on giving love even if you are not receiving anything in return. Pass on the flame of love for it is the saving grace of humanity. It is your link to Spirit and to the Divine. You are the Light Bringer carrying the torch and passing it on to the next person who will do the same, passing it to another, and to another, until the whole world is lit up with this energy of love and compassion, a great circle of light.
