Walker between the worlds

by Wolfie @ 2006-05-16 - 16:31:57

It takes years for the bond between the Seeker of knowledge and their inner guidance, the teachers on the inner planes, to become strong. The connection is a telepathic one and an emotional one. It is unbreakable once it has been established properly, meaning that the Seeker of knowledge is able to communicate with his or her inner guides at will. This takes years to achieve however but once it is achieved it cannot be undone. The Seeker and his or her guides become one being, inseparable. The Seeker of knowledge is the tip of the iceberg so to speak.

There are many ways to forge this bond, the one we recommend the most is meditation on a daily basis or, if that's not possible, meditation at least 3 times a week for half an hour or more, depending on the suitability of the time and place and the Seeker's life style. Daily meditation practice has many benefits, putting the body, mind and spirit in balance with each other to enable the Seeker to expand his or her consciousness.

By focusing within, the Seeker learns to walk the other worlds. His/her attachment to the physical world lessens. By being less focused on the materialistic, the Seeker gradually frees himself or herself from its hold. However, this daily meditation practice is not, I repeat it is NOT a form of escapism and should not be used for that purpose. The Seeker of knowledge is part of the world and needs to walk the world of the living and the world of the dead like the shamans of old. Only by walking both worlds comfortably can the Seeker become a bridge between the two realms.

This is an important task, it is not something that can be rushed or forced upon anyone however, it is a spiritual call. Not everyone is called to act as such a bridge between heaven and earth, but those answering this call need to learn to ground themselves very firmly into the physical world before they can safely journey in their astral form on the inner planes. There is a certain measure of risk involved. Without adequate grounding the effects of the non physical realms can be detrimental to the Seeker's physical and mental health. It is not something that can be undertaken without proper training and guidance. Whoever is called to walk between the worlds in this way will receive all the help and teaching that they need to do this safely. The universe will place in front of them all they require to fulfil their task.
